Showcase Passport

 

Online Scheduling & Event Info


Your PASSPORT ID will look like your registration ID EXCEPT it will be followed by a period and a number ( .XX). Your company registration ID and password will not work. 

If you have trouble logging into the Passport, ensure that you are using the PASSPORT login with .XX at the end. This information was included in your confirmation letter and any email correspondence from Travel South USA. If you cannot locate your login information, please email Showcase@TravelSouthUSA.com for assistance.

Please read before continuing into the Showcase Passport.

Pop-up and spam blockers can interfere with the operation of Online Registration and the Passport.  For optimal performance, please ensure that *@TravelSouthUSA.org and *@TeamEventManagement.com are not blocked and have been added to your safe list.  

In addition, Online Registration and the Passport require the use of Macromedia Flash and Adobe Acrobat. More than likely, Flash is already installed on your computer. If not, you will be prompted to install/update Flash when registering for Showcase or accessing the Showcase Passport. Some computers have security software installed that might prevent installation or updates of Flash. In this case, please have your technical personnel login as administrator and download/install/update Flash on your system.
